Update ‘Reply’ button functionality + add new ‘Comment’ button

As part of the biggest Town in the ecosystem, our moderators team uses the app every day, so we can share some minor but interesting suggestions that might improve the product:

• Add one more button for direct replies to a specific message (when tagging a user with their message link). Let’s call it ‘Reply’;

• Rename the existing ‘Reply’ button to ‘Comment’, so users will understand it’s for replying within a thread;

• It would also be great if users with dedicated roles could leave comments (as thread replies) on a message or post, without having permission to create a post in the channel itself.
