Giveaway system

Given that each user has a wallet on the application, it would be interesting to create a giveaway system. When the giveaway creator creates a giveaway, he issues these conditions (time, amount to be donated, gated role, etc.) once the giveaway is completed (thanks to an automated and decentralized draw system native to the application) the money is sent to the winner automatically.

This would make giveaways more accessible and more secure, because today, let's be honest, draws are very often carried out on third-party sites whose algorithms are created by a single, centralized entity.
Here, the draw could be decentralized (thanks to network nodes in particular) and then sent automatically to the winner(s).
